What is College Credit Plus?

College Credit Plus is Ohio’s program that provides students in grades 7-12 the opportunity to earn college and high school credits at the same time by taking courses from Ohio colleges or universities. The purpose of this program is to enhance students’ career readiness and postsecondary success, while providing a wide variety of options to college-ready students, at no or limited costs to students and families. To learn more, visit the Ohio Department of Education: Higher Ed

Middletown City School District will be holding its annual College Credit Plus (CCP) student/parent meeting in the MHS Auditorium on Thursday, January 25 at 6 p.m.  Information about the free college credit options open to students in grades 7-12 during the 2024-25 school year will be covered, along with completing the state required "Intent to Participate" form which is due by April 1 of this year.  School guidance counselors will be in attendance to help answer your questions.
