Middletown City Schools Announces New School Day Hours for 2025-2026 School Year

As part of our K-6 Redistricting Project, Middletown City Schools will implement adjusted school day schedules for several of our buildings beginning in the 2025-2026 school year. These changes are designed to support student success, strengthen neighborhood schools, and optimize district resources.
Beginning next school year:
- Central Academy, Miller Ridge Elementary, and Middletown Middle School will shift to a school day of 8:05 a.m. to 3:05 p.m.
- Amanda Elementary, Creekview Elementary, Mayfield Elementary, Rosa Parks Elementary, and Wildwood Elementary will move to a school day of 8:50 a.m. to 3:50 p.m.
- Middletown High School will maintain its current schedule of 7:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
We understand that changes to school schedules impact families, and we are committed to supporting a smooth transition.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support as we work together to create the best possible educational experience for our students.
