Special Permission

Parents/Guardians can apply for Special Permission to request that their child(ren) attend a school outside of their assigned attendance zone within the Middletown City School District. A new application must be submitted each school year, for each child, for consideration under Special Permission. Approval is based on factors such as class size and other school capacity considerations.

If approved, the parent/guardian is responsible for providing transportation.
