Remote Learning Day for K-6 Students on Tuesday, May 6

Tuesday, May 6, 2025, will be a Remote Learning Day for all kindergarten through sixth-grade students. Students in these grades will not report to school on this day; they will learn from home. It will be a regular school day for students in grades 7-12.

Ohio will hold its Primary/Special Election on May 6, and all of our district’s K-6 school buildings serve as polling places. Given the increased activity and foot traffic associated with polling places, we have decided to transition to a Remote Learning Day to ensure the safety and security of our students.

Participation

Students must choose at least one experience from the Remote Learning Choice Board, to design their unique learning opportunity.
