K-6 Redistricting Community Meeting Rescheduled to 12/11
Dear Middie Family,
I want to inform you that the community meeting for our K-6 Redistricting Project has been rescheduled for Wednesday, December 11, at 6:00 p.m. in the Middletown High School Auditorium.
Before the meeting, the proposed K-6 boundary options, developed in collaboration with Woolpert, will be available to review on Woolpert’s project website. This is an important step in our ongoing effort to shape a brighter future for all Middie students.
During the meeting on Wednesday, December 11, Woolpert representatives will present the proposed boundary options, allowing you to hear directly from the experts, ask questions, and share your feedback. Your input and involvement are vital as we work together to finalize the plans.
We encourage all families and community members to take the time to review the proposed boundaries online and attend the community meeting. Your voice is an essential part of this process, and we value your engagement as we move forward with these critical updates. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will be live-streamed on our YouTube page.
Remember, no final decisions have been made. The plan is to have the new elementary boundaries in effect for the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.
Thank you for your understanding, flexibility, and continued support of Middletown City Schools.
Sincerely,
Deborah Houser
Superintendent
